We can provide a telephone , written or email query response service. Service terms and pricing are agreed in advance as are terms under which more complex queries will be dealt with.

For VAT Helpline services, we calculate our fees in 6 minute units at a rate of £15 per unit + VAT (correct as of June 2011).

Learnt something new in VAT: ZR VAT relief applies to 'light enhancing device' if sold to a rescue charity but it doesn't apply to torches..
