VATease Fees for VAT Advice Services

Our culture, ethos and style is that we sell constant availability of advice and results. We are happy to provide a free initial review of your case to establish an action plan, because only once we have found out all your requirements and tailored a solution to your needs, will we be in a position to give you a full quote. However, in some cases, for example assessment reviews and Appeal cases, it is hard to give quotes as these depend upon so many variables outside of our control. We believe communication is the key in this type of work and, wherever possible, we will be happy to agree a "fee cap" or give a "ball park" figure.

The basis on which fees are quoted is dependent upon the time taken in completing the work and the degree of skill or expertise required. You are purchasing the Consultant's experience and caring sense. After all, people buy people not paper.

We calculate our time based fees in 6 minute intervals at a rate of £12.50 per unit plus expenses and VAT (correct as of November 2005).

We do not hide from the fact that our fee may also take into account the value of the service to the Client BUT we appreciate this works both ways, (for example where the time cost exceeds the value of the serivce provided) and this is reflected in our fees.

We promise to keep the costs to a minimum and give value for money whilst ensuring VATease receives fees which are adequate for us to continue to give sound advice and Client care.
