Tax Planning
We will not advise on any methods of tax planning that are:

Set out to achieve results that are contrary to the clear intention of Parliament in enacting relevant legislation.

Are highly artificial or highly contrived and seek to exploit shortcomings in the relevant legislation. Other firms may be happy to advise on such tax planning methods. We respect this and are happy to leave this to them.
Money Laundering
We are registered with HMRC whom supervise us for money laundering. This means that legally and morally we must undertake ID checks on all new clients to confirm they are who they say they are.
These checks are completely normal and are undergone on every single client who engages with us both domestic and international.
