This is true for Zoom, too. We are reducing the quantity of zooms in-house, and utilising Slack to reduce our need, and increasing our efficiency. When we do have internal zooms we remove the video.

We also promote plant based options, such as dairy free milk, and try and support local sustainable businesses when we do have in person meetings.
